In which we continue the yellow streak.

Today we were promised rain in the evening and I had decided that I'd forgo the evening walk and stay in to stitch up two small cardigans knitted by the DBEM.   But the weatherman was wrong so I went on my walk and only sewed up half a cardigan!
But I did watch the TV weather and add today's square to the Temperature Chart.   This is fun!

Do you have a plan as to what the temperature chart will become when it is complete?

It will depend on the finished size but I am wondering about adding patchwork edging and making a placemat. But then I'd need to make something similar for the DBEM:-)

Next year's project?

Oh, did you have a cooler day inbetween? It's very pretty!

Yes, one day was significantly cooler. We are promised "orange" days next week which may be good for the stitching but not for the body.

I love the way this is turning out already.
I found a new design which I'm thinking of doing this year. I'll be blogging about it soon, so stay tuned!

Who'd have thought that needlework and weather forecasts have so much in common? I eagerly await the days temperature reading and all but switch off for the rest:-)
