For the past two weeks it has been frustrating me that I can't stitch freely. The large motif of the left has been reversed and restitched multiple times. But after a sprint to the finish yesterday my hand is sore and no stitching tonight. Just a photo:-)
Simply lovely Margaret. Enjoy your blog.
ReplyDeleteTry not to get frustrated Margaret, give yourself time to heal.
ReplyDeleteThe sampler is looking beautiful! Sad for you that your hand is sore today (and that the dreaded frog has been visiting).
ReplyDeleteLooks beautiful--take care of your hand--you are going to need it
ReplyDeletePatience with yourself and with that lovely sampler...and the time it takes to heal.
ReplyDeleteLooking good Margaret. Yes give that poor hand time to heal. Best wishes and good healing germs are on their way.
ReplyDeleteNever heard of Lid Sid but a very hand fellow to have! I just hate it when I have to unsew but it happens to us all. Pace yourself; don't overdo again. You'll be right as rain before you know it.
ReplyDeleteA lovely sampler. I hope your hand wasn't still sore after its rest.
ReplyDeleteIt's a beautiful sampler and I do feel for you with your poorly hand.
